No account, no sign-in

You use Waraqat without creating an account or signing in. We do not ask for your name, email or phone to use the templates.

What we do not ask for or collect

We do not collect the content of your papers: names, amounts, will text, debts, trusts and personal notes are never sent to a server and never enter analytics.

Share links open the template only and contain nothing you entered. We never put your document content in page addresses.

What stays on your device

Answers to “Prepare it for me” are saved automatically in your browser (localStorage) on this device only, for 30 days, then deleted.

Editor changes and backups you import are kept in your browser's local database (IndexedDB) on your device only, and stay in “My drafts” until you delete them or clean up those older than 30 days.

We also keep locally your choice about improvement data, and that you have read a service's options so the reading delay is not repeated.

We do not use cookies for tracking. You can delete all Waraqat data from your device with the button at the bottom of this page.

Analytics

Analytics are designed to record general usage events only: opening a service, choosing prepare/edit/print, starting to print, completing question steps by number, language, and search phrases with digits removed. They never include text you type in your papers.

Printing is recorded only as “print started”; the site cannot tell whether you printed or saved a PDF.

In the current version these events are not sent to any server. Before sending is enabled, this section will name the host and the retention period.

Optional improvement data

Only with your consent, we record the kind of structural change made to Waraqat templates so we can improve them: adding or removing a paragraph, adding a table row or column, or restoring the original template — with the template name, version and language.

This never includes any text, name or value you type. “Build Your Own Paper” never sends improvement data.

You can agree, refuse, or change your choice anytime on this page. In the current version this data is not sent to any server.

Messages and feedback

What you send through the contact page is stored because you sent it explicitly, and is used only to reply and handle your feedback. Name and email are optional. No draft or paper is attached to your message.

Sending is not enabled in the current version; the retention period for messages will be stated here before it is.

External services

Fonts are served from Waraqat itself, without external font services. WhatsApp and LinkedIn links open those services only when you click them, under their own policies; nothing from your papers is sent with them.

At launch, the hosting and database providers used for published content and messages will be listed here.

Religious content and review

Templates are organizing tools, not religious rulings. Religious content shows its sources and review status on every service, and unapproved content is not shown on the public site. Consult a specialist before signing important documents.
